Snoring is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound, due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. The sound may be soft or loud and unpleasant. The Stages of Sleep

asleep is not a step. There are many stages in the sleep cycle, and the different processes in each. In the science is still searching for the true meaning and purpose of sleep, many answers can be found in the stadiums. Of course, why the steps, there is another task in itself, but fortunately it is not something that we have reason for concern.

When we are awake, our brains with a kind of wave, as beta waves. This allows us to quickly and operate as we have. The first phase of sleep with a transition from beta waves to alpha waves, a little slower and can be achieved by simple relaxation, even if they do not sleep. REM sleep is the most important part of sleep, as that is when the brain is not the repayment. A body will be paralyzed in REM sleep, dreams occur, especially at this stage, and if the body is not paralyzed, there is nothing to stop people from their dreams.
